Adams & Martin Group is seeking an Estate Planning and Probate Paralegal to join a law firm in the south Twin Cities metro. This is a direct hire opportunity with an onsite work model.

Responsibilities:

• Draft estate planning and probate documents (e.g., wills, trusts, powers of attorney, deeds) and file deeds via e-filing systems.
• Conduct legal research, including real estate matters.
• Manage calendars, handle client intake, and assist with incoming calls.

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of experience drafting estate planning documents.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently.
• Proficient in Google Suite and Microsoft Office.
